This time, it’s not me, it’s them: the first and only story available is Taki’s, so whether I go for assholes or not is completely beside the point. I’m not saying I would have gone for his route first, and you can’t prove anything. But here we are, and I’m basically left with no choice than to give you this story. You’ll thank me for the sacrifice I made.
Ah, Voltage gives us another new title, exclusively published on the Love365 app. I’ve read some reviews mentioning the worn-out premise – another bunch of obscenely rich kids, good looking and successful – and I get where they’re coming from; we’ve been there, we’ve done them. Er, that. The main man is going to be one Kozaki Taki, whose overall demeanor is not terribly far removed from Kissed by the Baddest Bidder’s Eisuke, the pinnacle of Domineering Asshole.
What gives this new set of stories a slightly different flavor is the situation of the heroine: this time, she is a recently divorced woman and not quite the shrinking violet we’re used to. I hope. Anyway, I’m looking forward to reading these stories. After all, I’m a sucker for beautiful boys.
Dating a coworker is mostly a bad idea. If it goes well, all is good, but if it doesn’t, odds are, you won’t be able to work together. Now, dating your boss is obviously a wholly different beast. There’s a power imbalance, there will be rumours of favouritism, and the woman in the relationship will be disparaged the moment it comes out – regardless of whether she’s the boss or the underling. But this is the world of romance games, so obviously, everything will be just fine.
This route was offered for free on Love 365 in the first week of March 2018, which is the entire reason I played it, as I had some reservations about this game.
Since “Finally, In Love Again” was transferred to Love 365 last week, we get to read one of the stories for free. The chosen bachelor is Kikuchi Sosuke, a childhood friend of the MC’s younger twin brothers, who has been in love with the MC since he was six years old. Honestly, I don’t know how I feel about that, as I tend to find that level of obsession a bit… problematic. The route will be available for free until the 15th of March 2018.
